Trying to avoid spamming since the last time I googled this! I’m still a bit shell shocked and I kind of just want a local to refer me to someone great! I’ve seen hand written signs posted along the street before, but now that I’m actively looking, I can’t see them anymore. Can anyone help share costing/time spent/any prep required? I haven’t had an official test on it, but know that it does have asbestos in it and it has been sealed with paint so I can’t DIY.

We have 2 bedrooms (< 100 sq ft and < 300 sq ft) and a living room (< 400 sq ft) that need help! Planning to start with the smallest room first to see how it goes. Love to hear any support/experiences!
