Hello! Quick question - I am taking apart a ~2005 model iDog and ran into a problem. The screws that attach the ears stripped. They’re so tight that I couldn’t seem to get them to loosen, and now the once philips opening is basically a circle. Do you have any advice on how to deal with something like this? I’ve tried about every method that I can think of. I may have to resort to drilling it out, but I really rather not if there’s another way. Thank you!
