The CJNG ambushed Sicarios of the Knights Templar in Pátzcuaro, Michoacán, killing and incinerating nine of their gunmen, including a woman (Information in the link) https://www.blogdelnarco.org/2026/05/el-cjng-embosco-sicarios-de-los.html
Current, 5’10, 165-170lbs, 34yo.
Started my gym membership with a personal trainer 90 days ago, going 5 days a week for about 1.5 hrs each session.
Ate nothing but clean food. Cut out all alcohol, juice, sodas, ice cream, sugars, anything that I used to consume without thinking twice. Something in my brain just switched and I focused on my health.
I got sober. I started going to therapy, started doing breath work sessions, started yoga, started contrast therapy, started peptides.
Ran the Wolverine stack first (BPC-157/TB-500).
Then Mod GRF 1-29 and Ipamorelin. Both in AM, Ipa post workout, and both PM.
Currently on Tesamorelin. I take the GRF 1-29 in AM, and the Tesa in PM.
I’m not a peptide expert, so I’m sure someone will say something about the dosing schedule. I followed instructions from my trainer and pep-pedia. My pre-workout is RYSE Godzilla. I drink a lot of Boost high protein shakes (they taste good and they’re fast and easy). Natural testosterone is 825. Full hormone panel was done after approx one month after getting healthy.
The gym helped me get through a lot of personal issues and allowed me to clear my head each day and feel good afterwards.
This photo was taken post workout so I’ve got a good pump. A filter was added to make sure I had a good tint.
This post isn’t to boast or attract comments. I’m just proud of the work I’ve put it in to getting healthy, and most importantly I’m proud of my sobriety. I was probably 30lbs lighter one year ago today.
