Keto Diet While Driving 7 Days A Week

Hello! I was wondering if you guys could give me some insight on my diet. I have been keto on and off for maybe a decade now, but I’m back on the wagon and have been for a couple of months at this point. Going strong.

I work 7 days a week on the road. Probably 10 to 12 hours a day in my car. So I don’t really have time to cook anything at home and am always eating out. Here are some of the things I typically eat.

Lunch (first meal) - 1 pound of olive bar mix from grocery store. This is olives (green and Kalamata), cubed feta cheese, mozzarella cheese balls (3), sweet and hot red peppers (3 about same size as mozarella), artichokes (about 3 or 4 halves), and sliced pepperonis in olive oil. This is my lunch like 5 days of the week and the first thing I crave in the morning. Usually I eat my last meal around 9 PM and this is my first meal of the day usually around 1 PM. I feel like the peppers are the only bad thing here but they are so good I have to throw a couple in.

Dinners - these are some things I will eat for dinner. Usually I only eat 1 other meal but some times I will have 2 more. Like maybe a Jimmy John’s unwich and then get a 10 piece wings at the end of the night.

Jimmy John’s Unwich - usually Hunters Club and add turkey and bacon and onions.

Chipotle like place - burrito bowl with some kind of meat, veggie base of sautéed squash/zucchini, lettuce, onions, jalepenos, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and chili verde sauce.

Local wing place - 10 or 15 wing sections with mild sauce. These are not battered but they are fried. I will eat 10 if I have a second meal with it like a Jimmy John’s, or 15 if it’s my only meal for the night.

Whole Foods Salad - spring mix, chicken, 2 hard boiled eggs, cheese, bacon, grilled mushrooms, a little broccoli and onions, ranch, oil and vinegar, olives (I’m like 50 percent olive at this point).

Five Guys - cheeseburger, lettuce wrapped, onions, jalepenos, grilled mushrooms, mustard, and A1 sauce. Sometimes I get two burgers cause Uber Eats has a deal or I get the bacon cheeseburger and a bacon hot dog with similar ingredients also lettuce wrapped. Just added five guys to the rotation.

Summer sausage and cheese - I get this from the grocery store and I can make this when I get home. Half a summer sausage and half a block of pepper jack cheese. I will throw in like 3 zesty pickle spears.

Just wondering if anyone sees some glaringly obvious problems with anything here. What are maybe some ingredients I could leave out or I should stop eating altogether. I generally avoid carrots, corn, tomatoes (outside of a little salsa or sugar free ketchup). This is probably like 90% of my diet here. Any other suggestions on stuff I could get while on the move?
