In my neighborhood we all have 6 foot cinder block walls separating our backyards from the neighbors backyard. Before we lived here, the neighbors put 2 foot wood toppers on top of the cinder block wall. It doesn’t look great on my side. What can I do to make this look better when I’m in my yard?
