Decided to make a hat for him but this time I printed small newspaper with Grace's design and folded it.

Hi, please don't kill me for my noob leather work. I was trying to fix my peeling headphones band and faced a problem of those folds. Is there any tutorial on how to do it right from one piece of leather or it's impossible if it's not elastic or maybe it needs some kiond of treatment before... thanks!
