Where would he put the camera on to?

I'm basically very beginner in terms of Blender knowledge. But this is what i really want to approach, if possible. I want to make a full scale of virtual festival endshow spectacle, where it's all out, like fireworks, spotlights, lasers, pyrotech, and stage lights too. Is it possible to make these in Blender?

And if it is possible, what tools i should look for to make these? Whether it's add on, code, or even another program that Blender could connect to (If there are).

I've heard one or two things about DMX lighting for the spotlight, though. And i think i saw someone made an add on for DMX lasers or something like that, although it's not free.
