I had stage 3 varicocele and got surgery 5 days ago, there was a vein so large, I could trace it.

Now 5 days after surgery and the swelling subsided, the vein is still there, and still filling up and emptying after standing/sitting.

Only difference is in pain, I no longer feel heaviness or pain.

is this normal ? surgeon brushed it off and didn't even listen to me properly.
