110mm Apexultra core petty santoku

I make my suminagahsi cladding with %4 nickel alloyed 45NiCrMo16 and recycled spring steel so it is tougher and shinier than many combinations. Final grind achieved with whetstones and you can flex the edge with your thumb nail it's that thin (~0,1mm at 1mm behind the edge). Pure nickel layer in between core steel and cladding so apexultra core keeps it's carbon. Stabilized Turkish walnut and mokume gane bolster. 245mm overall length. As a maker I wonder what you think about this model?

[selling][EU/UK] latest kitchen knives I forged are looking for new home

I am a bladesmith in Turkey and making Japanese kitchen knives.

All of them are nearly ready and can be shipped in a week.

Some of them are already fit with a handle but I will be attaching handles to these beauties so if you are interested I can finish with your choice!

They have different alloy combinations like 115CrV3/55NiCrMoV7, 115CrV3 core/(45NiCrMo16/spring steel), apexultra core/Nickel/(45NiCrMo16/spring steel) and one apexultra core with copper in between cladding but it came out so thin.

They range between 8cm to 18cm. Thickness ~3mm at the handle and tapered to 1,5-2mm depending on the knife.

Please let me know what you think about 🙏🏽

Price range is between 200-600$+shipping(~40-50$).

Also you can message me for more detailed information 🙏🏽

Should I go with natural stabilized walnut, chestnut handles or colored stabilized maple, ambonia and such??

I haven't posted my work on Reddit but here are some apexultra core petty santokus with raindrop suminagashi clad from my latest works.

Cutting edge is ~110mm and I used %4 nickel alloy 45NiCrMo16 for white layers and spring steel for black layers on my suminagahsi with a pure nickel in between core steel apexultra. I used whetstones to achieve 0,1mm thickness behind the edge and you can flex it with your thumb nail.

I left one without a handle so if someone is interested I can finish it with as desired. I use mokume gane as bolster which I make in my workshop with copper and brass. Left one has stabilized walnut and on the middle is stabilized chestnut.

What do you think about my petty version?
