burnout from going to the gym

Hello, i’ve been going in AF since oct last year. consistent ako to attend 4x a week. but since solo living ako, and super busy lagi sa work, i have so much on my plate that every month 1-2x ako nilalagnat. my sleep would be 6hrs lang, and andami ko din lagi laundry dahil sa gym clothes.

i’m torn on what to do next, but i’m thinking of the following:
- cancel AF membership and do home workouts (bad side is i’m sleepy pag nasa bahay)
- change my 4x U/L split to just PPL
- pasalo ng account (if pwede)

medyo malayo pa ko sa goal physique ko but i can’t focus myself sa gym lang dahil ang daming ganap sa life. how do you guys balance your time?
