Is this a good deal for $250

I currently have a Yamaha C-40, which works fine but I'd like to invest in something a bit less cheap feeling. I've played guitar for years but have only recently begun learning classical guitar.

Is this a good upgrade? Would I be better off looking in the 500-700 range?
