Most Reliable Tabless 21700 Option for 14S4P setup. JP40, 40PL, or 50XG?

Hello! Sometime this summer I want to make a custom EGO battery backpack. Something to cut down on weight of the tool and allow longer runtimes on my blower and such. I want this pack to last a long time in calendar years and to hopefully not have some random cells in series just poop out on me after a while. I’m familiar with Ampace and EVE but I was genuinely considering TENPOWER, are they a reputable brand or should I just go with the OG tabless fellas?

Differences in Battery BMS’s Between 2.5, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0, and 7.5?

This summer I’m gonna build a custom battery backpack for my EGO power tools. However, I want to pair it up with an appropriate BMS. I was wondering if someone more informed could enlighten me whether if there’s any differences or limitations between any of EGO’s batteries’ BMSs. I have a dead 2.5ah I was gonna cannibalize for the BMS. But if the BMS’s for the 2.5ah batteries are factory limited to a certain amount of amps I was gonna try and find a dead 6.0 or 7.5 to use instead for the BMS.
