I felt a presence behind me while I was in bed last night
I'll start this off by saying i am a paranormal medium in the sense that ghosts/spirits/entities interact with me very often in comparison to your average person. my house is quite haunted and I have seen many shadow people, hear footsteps at night all the time, been screamed at directly in my ear, possibly experienced mimics, and the craziest experience ive ever had was where a full on man whome ive never seen before was sitting in my rocking chair and I watched him get up and walk away, causing the chair to rock for a bit. he was an older man with hairy legs and he was wearing grey cargo shorts and grey tennis shoes with white crew socks and a dark blue short sleeve tee shirt.
there have been a lot of shadow people in my room lately. i saw two yesterday.
last night, I woke up randomly at about 4 am and i was laying on my right side, facing the wall, which is unusual because i usually sleep on my left side. i could've swore i had woken up because someone was whispering in my ear. I had the sensation that someone was behind me, but due to the time of day I knew that it couldn't have been my mom whome i live with. I was too scared to roll over and look but I had such a strong feeling of being loomed over i was fully expecting whatever was there to start talking or touch me. im wondering if a spirit was trying to wake me up by whispering in my ear, and if so, why? my day has been completely normal and im just so puzzled as to why a spirit would want to wake me up
