In my opinion KKR vs RCB are better rivals than KKR vs PBKS.

I always enjoy matches against RCB, partially because they were always a strong side.. and you just can't hate ABD & Gayle.. and now Bhuvi..

Of course 49 all out is on top for most of us.. if that day KKR would have hit 200+ and then bowling out RCB.. it wouldn't be much fun.. rather the Agressive Captaincy.. the thing bowling attack: Woakes, Grandhome, Coulter Nile..

Other moments are (not in any order)

1. Nitish Rana taking two wickets in two balls.. ABD & Virat.. thats just crazy. I remember I was baffled by the choice and then boom!

2. Narine & Lynn - 105 in 6 overs.. I think that was the first time something like that happened.. Narine hitting Badri out of the ground.. I think both of the matches of that season were dope

3. Narine's first half century against RCB - I still remember it vividly..

What else?

See I have no problem with development, who has?

But I think this is a pretty bad Urban planning going on.

First of all - timing.

I'm surprised they started all these just before 2 years of Singhasth..

I'm not sure if they would be able to wrap up everything within 1-1.5 years..

And ofcourse monsoon is coming.. its just gonna make it tricky for them and for us!!

Last Singhasth Ujjain saw tremendous growth but I believe most of the things were ready 1-1.5 years in advance.. unlike this time.

Second - Corruption

Honestly all of us are aware or should be aware about the corruption going on.

Now some will mock that this is not the first time.. but this time its so so prelevant and so open.

Third - Urban Planning

Really?? Do you need an elevated bridge all the way from Budhwaria to Indore gate? Really? I think what we need is a better traffic planning rather than a bridge.

An elevated bride from Mandi gate to Indore gate??

Whyy??? I mean isn't the whole point of Agar Road was to bypass people? Now you have a bypass of bypass?

I understand traffic is flowing and will definitely increase and thats why for people to skip traffic - but then why you have a new highway from Garoth to Dewas? Can't you join that road to somewhere on Indore road and provide better commute for people to bypass Ujjain??

I'm more frustrated because they won't be able pull it off before Singhasth. Its just gonna choke Mandi gate.. I mean that's a big junction nonetheless..

They are ruining Sati gate as well.. and for a moment I might be okay if that's good for development but no this is clearly for making money out of thin air. They aren't even providing money to the affected ones. Its just a shit show.

Make it completely walking area na.. if you want to control people.. you already got parallel running road of Teliwada for bikes or cars to go to Gopal Mandir or Nadi why ruing the markets without even providing compensation.

We all are aware that Ujjain is getting more & more tourists everyday. This is our chance to become a planned city. To serve the tourists in a good way for many more years to come but this shouldn't be random roads here and there without any thought process.

If you wanna built beautiful city - fix what's broken. Already so many broken roads.. terrible roads.. dust everywhere.. tell me fking one traffic signal in Ujjain that works. Fix them.

Fix things which aren't working while building for things that's gonna pull people not building random roads or fancy elevated bridges.

My heart goes out to all the affected families, business people, shop owners.

Development at the cost of corruption isn't acceptable.

Ujjain is my birth place, my hometown, my love.. and all this going on without much of a thought is frustrating.

And mark my words if this continues to go on.. you all know how the people gonna react back...
