


Looking for Advice with Skye
Hello! I’m having a bit of an issue with Sky(e?) and not sure what to do at this point. I’m not new to reps, but Sky was the only person with a specific pair of shoes I was looking for, so this has been a long saga of my first attempted order with her.
I originally ordered 3 pairs of shoes from them back in November. They took about a month and change to be ready, I approved PSPs, and they shipped. Unfortunately, they never made it, and officially in mid January we called them lost. Of course then it was the February holidays which meant my order didn’t go back into production until March.
I’m totally okay with Sky having slower communication, but it’s gotten really bad. Their seizure policy covers 50%, which I was fine with, so I re-ordered only 2 pairs from my original order. Sky said she would charge the difference when we got to freight, and that felt fair!
I got the last of my PSPs (again) 10 days ago, and I approved and she collected my shipping info. I followed up a couple of days later about tracking, thinking maybe I was getting off without being charged because of the delay? But was totally fine to pay the small difference. The screenshots pick up from there — I’ve been nearly begging to pay and have not been able to get my total or get my order shipped for a week now.
It’s so weird, because the shoes have been made?? She sent me a picture of the package ready to ship?? I’m really at a loss on how to get past this. By the time I get these if they ship today it’ll be 6 months since original order!
