My friend and I are both students in Toronto and thinking about visiting Quebec for a few days at the end of April. We plan on flying there and were wondering any good cheap hotels. Any recommendations of things to do would be awesome! We would love to try food, get a massage and visit some great views. Thanks! (Also we will be walking/booking ubers, unfortunately we both can't drive)
