Hi everyone,

A few weeks ago I purchased a jacket online, and I didn’t like the fit, so I went in-store to swap it for a different one, but they didn’t have the one I wanted, so they gave me a gift card so I could purchase it online again. The lady also gave me a free shipping code, but I paid for priority shipping because the original jacket had already taken sooo long to arrive!!

It’s been 11 days, 8 business days since I ordered it, and they haven’t even shipped it yet 😭 So I was wondering who I should contact to try to get a refund for the priority shipping… But Ghanda can be a bit of a pain when it comes to refunds so not sure if it’s possible. But I paid $15 extra so it’s bugging me 😆
