I am in Wave4+Dock which I think should be shipping around now so I logged into my account and it says "On its way Mar 25".

Does this mean its shipped? I have received no tracking number or other notification and nothing has come to my house. If I download the "shop" app and go to the order it says status unknown.

I have not been able to get a reply from retroremake and I don't know if this means it shipped but never arrived or it just has not shipped yet.

Any ideas?
