Castle/Chateau stay in Burgundy or nearby Chablis or Reims
Hi all!
My fiancé and I will be travelling through France in early November and are hoping to make part of the trip extra special with a château/castle stay 🏰
We’ll be leaving Arbois and heading toward Paris, where we’ll stay a few nights before flying back to Australia. We’d love to break up that journey with a one-night stay somewhere memorable-ideally in Burgundy, Chablis, around Reims, or anywhere along that general route. Our itinerary is pretty flexible!
We’re looking for somewhere romantic and cosy with lots of character. Bonus points for vineyards on-site or nearby, beautiful grounds, or a bit of history. Doesn’t have to be ultra-luxury, but we’re open to a splurge for the right place. Thinking around $450-$650AUD maybe?
