My RETA Journey Week 13

I began my RETA journey on 2/8/26. 66yoF/189lb/5'5"/BMI 30.5.

Today, 13 weeks later: 160lbs/BMI 25.8

My goal all along was to fit into every piece of clothing I owned. I am a young 66, meaning: I'm still as wild as I was my whole life and now I'm the coolest Nonna around! I have met that goal, though I was shooting for a scale number too (149).

My plan WAS in keeping with the 2nd trials 2/4/8/12 each four weeks. Yesterday (I do Sunday shots) I decided to forgo the 8 to 12 transition and I used 10U instead. I did this because my hunger has been kept at bay, but I have plateaued the last 10 days or so.

My routine goes this this, with some variation and exceptions:

Electrolytes and an Iron pill./Shilajit/Protein Shake(egg or plant protein) Super greens/super mushrooms/collagen/ground flaxseed/coconut water/kefir. At some point in the day I TRY to finish an 8oz jar of my chia pudding (1/4C chia seed, with plain kefir or orange/apple juice or Almond milk. I make few jars at night and it keeps for at least week.

I meet my protein goal with this. Sometimes I have bacon and cheesy eggs. I eat homemade sourdough bread on occasion. I have cheese pizza and fried chicken sometimes. Steak and sweet potato now and then. Beer or cocktails. It all depends on me. I didn't want this to be an ugly journey and I have seen to it that it isn't. I've rarely been hungry. The supplements (B Complex/D-K2/Sea Moss/ Iron/ Magnesium Glycinate) with proper timing have kept the headaches/exhaustion/nausea away.

What do you think about this? Thoughts? Advice? Thanks!
