AJ just reported that Iranian state media is claiming that the US search and rescue forces are currently engaging Iranian ground forces as they search for the missing downed pilots.

It’s also confirmed by Reuters and Axios that this jet was shot down according to US officials they spoke. CENTCOM and WH haven’t made a comment.

I’m thinking it’s 100% real it was shot down and the pilots are in hiding waiting to get extracted. Ngl, if the Iranians somehow win this engagement on the ground and get POWs this could be such a humiliating blow to the Trump admin.

This is all happening in real time right now. I also saw video of a C-130 flying low in Iran, likely part of the rescue operation.
