Does Germany care if USA withdraws soldiers from Germany . I have read that Trump is suggesting this also what are the USA soldiers doing there

I seems to have a magnetic mobile phone case which has ruined my bank card. Is it safe to put a tfl oyster card next to it or any magnets ?
