Thinking of starting Zoloft

Some background, I’m 24M and have been anxious my whole life but it wasn’t bad. Had a bad hospitalization 8 months ago and since then I’ve been crippled with anxiety and nausea and panic. I’ve tried lexapro, Ativan, zofran, compazine, and found no relief with any of them.

In the last 4 months I’ve been on buspirone slowly going up from 5mg to now 30mg twice a day. I still don’t feel normal, still having panic attacks and constant anxiety and nausea so bad that I can’t leave the house or do basic things.

My psych is recommending I start Zoloft in combination with buspirone to see if it helps, I’m just looking to see if anyone out there has experienced similar things or has any advice. If I don’t get better soon I’m afraid of losing everything and I’m running out of options.

I’ve already had MRIs, stomach endoscopy, Balance and dizziness testing, etc etc with all results being normal. Every doctor has told me that it’s all in my head I just don’t know what I should be doing.

TL:DR- did zoloft help in combination with your buspirone or am I screwed

Thanks in advance for anyone’s time.
