I’m currently on Kit 3 and been taking it diligently for 4 weeks but I cannot take the side effects anymore. I cannot function properly at work. So, I messaged them and told them the side effects that I experience and if I can switch to another kit. I’ve been passed on from provider to provider but no one really could help me.

Then, they offered me this option (screenshot above) instead. Is that worth it? If I ask for a refund, will they even consider refunding me?

At this point, I would just want to stop altogether but I don’t want to be stuck with 4 months worth of unused medication that I spent money on 😢
