I’m building a vibration monitoring system using an ADXL345 sensor with an ESP32 DevKit S3. However, when I try to calculate RMS velocity in mm/s, I only get acceleration values in mm/s². How can I convert these readings to the correct velocity values?
Also, I sometimes get no sensor data at all, as if the ADXL345 isn’t connected. Could this be a wiring issue? My current connections are:
GND:GND
SDA: GPIO 8
SCL :GPIO 9
VCC :3.3V
CS :3.3V

I want to collect acceleration then integrate it to get the velocity rms then compare it to real data from a turbocharger i also attached 3 Leds (green orange and red) that lightsup according to how healthy the vibration is i also wanted to add fft but im still stuck in the rms part

I haven’t seen my mother since I was 15 (we talk occasionally), and now, for the first time and without any warning, she came back. I’m 20, and I feel like I don’t really care that much. I was shocked when I saw her, but it was more about her suddenly being there, in a place that now feels unfamiliar with her in it. I don’t really feel anything inside. Does that make me heartless??
