I'm not a subwoofer expert, but I have a klipsch 12" r-120swi subwoofer I got from costco for 50 bucks on clearance, and at 12 o clock it is way louder than the rsl at 12 o clock. The klipsch is so loud at 12 oclock that i want to turn it down because i dont want to listen to it that loud, yet the RSL I can turn to 3 o clock and it starts to get as loud, is this normal? Do RSLs gain need to be turned up more than 12 o clock. The Klipsch has 115watts rms, the RSL has 400w rms, I cant make sense of it.
