NKD, when the rectangle is actually a parallelogram

Matsubara tall nakiri 180, Aogami 2 with walnut handle. Pretty thicc boi at ~250g with the extra blade height but a nice balance and blade-forward weight. I love the rustic tsuchime on this too.

Thanks for y'all's help steering me toward the tall variant of this when I asked recently— it was the right call.
