Just wondering if anyone’s gotten the latest ladder merch and what would you recommend/not recommend?

Just if any apple users want to try a new fitness app, I’ve recently been using Ladder at home and it’s been great.
You get new workouts every week, pick a coach suited to your personal fitness goals, the community is decent - with a chat and way to post pictures after your workout.
As a nearly 30F, this has been absolutely perfect for me. No thinking, just down to the gym and following a programme.
The best thing is that I don’t feel that sore the day after, so I’m able to work out days in a row and not fear injury.
