Boards of Canada, "Prophecy at 1420 MHz," Inferno art for Zune
As some of you may know, the electronic band Boards of Canada is set to release its first new album since 2013, called Inferno, due out on May 29th. There's been a lot of excitement for this, and the promotional work for this release has been stunning. So I decided to take the Zune Tunesday concept a bit farther here. I've been wanting some new wallpaper images for my Zune for a while, so I took the initiative here with images taken from Inferno's campaign. Some of these are grabs from the video for "Prophecy at 1420 MHz," one's taken from their website, one is a photo of some promotional posters in London. In two cases, I just reversed the colors on two images from the video, since they were a bit bright on my Zune.
Posted here, you'll find my Zune Tunesday pic of me listening to "Prophecy at 1420 MHz", and then see my Zune with one of my new wallpaper images. Then, you'll find the 9 (nine!) wallpapers I created, formatted to perfectly fit the Zune UI. Enjoy!
