B12 injections and anemia
Been working my way through the iron protocol guides and I noticed they mentioned B12 injections might slow down the process of increasing ferritin.
I've had heavy periods for years, taken the same iron supplement for years, and my ferritin and hgb only tanked after I started getting B12 injections. Could that be a factor or is it just coincidence?
