Seperation letters demand?
I need help.
I am currently employed, my lwd is 19th june 2026.
I asked my manager for early release, for which tomorrow she will tell me about it. i asked my lwd to be 8th april.
My joining in tcs is 20th april.
If i get an early release by 8th, i have to wait for seperation letter from current company.
I asked 2 candidates , which resigned recently, they got their seperation letter after a week of lwd.
If i get my seperation letters by 15th april, will i be good to go to join tcs on 20th?
if not i have to reschedule.
Reschedule needs a mail with lwd, as my lwd will be under the joining date, do i need to tell them that the reason behind my rescheduling is that i have not recieved the seperation letters yet?
in that case will my joining get rescheduled?
pls help.
