Is this a bad buy?

Considering a 2020 S5 premium plus coupe. Clean title, no accidents, 3 owner ~42k miles. It’s had all this done to it plus a very nice carbon steering wheel. It’s the exact spec I want and has all the mods and more that I would likely end up doing down the road. Dealer asking $39k.

Does it matter? 2018 or 2019

Like title says. Looking to buy a pre-facelift B9 S4(2018/19). I know about rocker arm issues with the earlier 2018 models but wondering how severe this is and if it’s worth spending more on a 2019 model as well as any other big differences I need to be aware of. Also, why is it so hard to find these with the magma red interior and under 80k miles?

I appreciate any advice. Thanks!
