Any women around 48 here dealing with endometriosis? Looking for advice and experiences

Hi everyone,

I’m wondering if there are other women here who have experience with endometriosis, especially around my age (48).

I would really appreciate hearing how you cope with it on a daily basis, what helps you manage the pain, and whether you’ve found doctors who actually take your symptoms seriously and help you properly.

I’m also interested in whether anyone has developed methods or routines that they adapt depending on the day, for example based on pain levels, fatigue, cycle changes, inflammation, or hormonal fluctuations.

Sometimes it feels very isolating, and I’d really value hearing other experiences, tips, or things that have helped you physically or emotionally.

Thank you 🧡
