I couldn’t see it for a while, but I woke up today and felt like I saw some differences. I’m trying really hard to eat right & exercise even with my bad leg. Any support & positivity would be welcome right now. I still want to lose about 20-40 lbs - but ultimately the goal is to get stronger & love the body I live in.

I’m walking/hiking more, but I don’t know. I’ve changed my diet. My self esteem is lowwww, but I know I need to just stick with it.
