Hey guys. I am facing severe dissociation. Is anyone experiencing the same or has dealt with a similar thing? I am in an isolated environment and I want to get out because of the hostility but couldn't that's why maybe I am constantly zoning out. Brain fog is severe. Any solution for the same?

I am currently prescribed 60mg dose. Doc prescribed to get meds after lunch but the thing is that after lunch I get sleepy and if I take it my whole afternoon as it is wasted. I am taking it in evening but now the downside is that I get very much less time. So most of my time I am pretty much non existing only after evening I get active. Which further disturbs my sleep schedule. When do you guys take? Any advice?
