Is this rust? On my two newish zastavas have this it seems the saiga 12 and Romanian shorty don’t. The ar15 I’ve had for longer

Do I need to put this in a case or safe with silica ? (I live alone and work from home btw so need to lecture me about how this is damgerous. Ik I’m an idiot
