One thing though: world govs releasing this will DEF plunge part of the world into chaos panic, so probably get your loved ones out of populated areas when this disclosure happens (if it does). My first reaction was barfing, shaking, and crying harder than my whole life. Then unable to emotionally regulate at work, had to hide behind sunglasses. Then mediated and came to my senses.
My point: DONT believe the ufo disclosure in entirety, give yourself time to work out what resonates w you and your energy/belief system, decide for YOURSELVES what is/isn't true, and give it all time to sink in, let yourself unravel/cry/etc, get your rest, stay in safe spaces, and when you calm down (and probably nap after bc this will drain you to your core, just imagine being a 4 y/o kid who's told Santa and magic don't exist. That's how I reacted.
This is going to be an attempt to destabilize society, curb populations, bring widespread violence to all the world's countries. And I believe it is an attempt to get us all to forget about the Epstein files.
