Is there actually a good app specifically for targeted stretching or am I just missing something obvious

I've tried a few fitness apps but they're all either full workout programmes, generic yoga flows, or so complicated to set up that I give up before I even start a session.

What I actually want is simple — tell the app where you have a problem or what you've been doing that day, and it gives you the 5 or 6 stretches you need. No fluff, no 30-minute sessions, just targeted and straightforward.

Every app I've found so far is either too broad or just a watered-down yoga product. Am I searching for the wrong thing or is there genuinely a gap here that nobody has properly solved yet?

My neck and shoulders are tight — how do you actually fix this long term and not just temporarily?

Been dealing with this for months now. I'll stretch consistently for a few days, feel noticeably better, then life gets busy and I fall off completely. Two weeks later I'm back to square one with the same tension.

I feel like the problem is I don't have one reliable routine I trust enough to keep coming back to. I end up googling something different every time which makes it harder to stay consistent.

Has anyone actually solved this long term? What made the difference for you — a specific set of stretches, a time of day, or just forcing the habit somehow?
