Walking, logging, giving myself grace. Low and slow wins the race.
Lol I didn’t mean to rhyme but here I am. No GLPs. Mid 40s. So glad I did this. Also those exercise hours are waaaay off lol. I average about 15k steps a day.
In all seriousness I’m happy to share my story or recipes or anything for anyone else. I have found some really yummy foods that I will continue to eat as I maintain. I’m pretty happy. Size 10/12 at 5’9” feel pretty good to me. I was a size 22 when I began this journey, suffering with sciatica. No more crippling back pain. That was my impetus to start.
