Wuffes company and customer support feedback
Unfortunately the market is filled with companies that are not afraid to portray their products are way higher quality than they really are, have poor customer service, and apparently Wuffes (Hip & Joint Chews for Small & Medium Breeds) seems to fall in that category.
I bought the supplement to help a senior dog who is dealing with joint pain. Not only did the product not perform as advertised, gave my dog bad skin reactions, but the company totally sucked on customer support and standing behind their product!
When I emailed them to ask to return unopened bottles of their product due to the lack of improvement on the dog and adverse skin reactions caused by their product, I explained all the details as to why I had canceled my subscription. What’s funny is they didn’t even read the email but replied back asking questions I had addressed on my original email to them (explaining the lack of improvements and adverse skin reactions on the dog), but had the nerve to refuse the return, offered me the opportunity to sell me more of their other products or a 35% refund on my latest purchase.
This totally made me feel like Wuffes is not a company that stands behind their products nor a company that cares about their customers. I will certainly not buy any other products from them!
