My wife just had a Kirby vacuum salesperson come into our house. First it was a woman wanting to set up & demonstrate the vacuum. She was very pushy and my wife relented to having her demonstrate. But as soon as she started, her partner, a man showed up and “took over” and she left. At this point, my wife got concerned and asked him to leave. He agreed to, but was very aggressive about trying to demonstrate and show her the vacuum.

Has anyone else encountered this sales team? Is door-to-door vacuum sales a thing again? At $3000, it’s a ridiculously expensive vacuum to be selling. The whole thing seemed very odd.
