I have recently opened a new account and have received an email that Scalable was not able to identify my tax id. They asked me to provide my tax ID on the app but there is no such option in support section. There is only an AI chat bot that is not helpful at all.

So back to my question - how do I provide my tax ID?

EDIT: SOLVED!

OK, so I figured it out! I kept asking AI bot for contact form until they provided me a FAQ link of what to do in an event of the accounts holders death. It included a link called "contact form" and there I was able to select taxes and input my tax ID.
