Almost 20k account suspended for “violating rules against authenticity”.
So I have this role-play account on Twitter / X that I’ve had for well over the past 4 years and it got suspended for the reason stated above. I’ve been appealing every 48 hours with different prompts that were suggested to me by friends (mind you, this account was suspended on April 4th).
I’m literally not getting any sort of emails back from Support at all. No “your account has been unsuspended” emails. No “your account will not be restored” emails. Literally nothing. Not in my trash folder, not in my spam folder—no where. Does anyone have any advice on what to do? Follower count aside, I did want to use this account to help me promote my content creation relating to my hobbies, plus I do have a lot of memories and things on this account that I want to recover.
