Stripped lower ability

Question for my old heads lol, I’m 24 and have been in the gun community for a relatively short time (5 years and have really gotten into it the past 2 years)

Is it just me or are the no damn stripped lowers available anywhere ? Other than the 500$ radians and ambi lowers i haven’t found much. Specifically looking for an aero m4e1 or an griffin mk1
