I bought a horse trailer converted into a mobile coffee trailer from a man named Michael O’Connor from Erie, Pa. The trailer came with a fraudulent title/shoddy work/unsafe for the road, per PennDOT, and the Erie court systems seem to have this man in their back pocket because a majority of the charges were dropped.

Supposedly this man has a new title, why I’m unsure, because the “original” title was never in his name. When asked how I would know this title was legit, they said they didn’t know, but still are sending it to me anyways??????

Just beware of this scam artist. $15k down the drain and a business that was only a dream.
