Found this mark on my rear left bumper last night. Cleaned it up and sprayed it with WD-40 and used a microfiber towel but doesn’t seem to be going away.

Reading all over the internet and I see mentions of using a magic eraser, rubbing compound etc. would like some solid advice so I don’t ruining what I already have. Thanks in advance!
