Does every recruiter end the call with "okay, I'm going to pass you to 'doug'." and thats the last you hear from anyone?

I understand, maybe I'm landing in the inbox of the person who is really hiring, and they aren't as convinced by my resume. But, shit, it's really tiring feeling great after a recruiter interview for them each to leave you in the cold.

A recruiter discovered my LinkedIn profile and messaged me this morning to ask for my resume and to schedule a time to meet. After vetting the company, the recruiter, and the role, I can see why he found my experience to be relevant. So that feels great!

My concern is that this is a level up from my five years of being a product manager, and I've never interviewed as a product manager.

The recruiter was kind enough to share with me what he sees as the difficulties of this role, so I'll think about that.

I just feel like there is so much I need to register in my mind ahead of the call without knowing what's most important to have ready to share.
