She has osteoarthritis which was diagnosed several years ago. over the years, it's progressed and she regularly finds it hard to move because of the pain.

I'm sure it'll get worse over time and I just want to understand how I can help. Advice for prevention would be great, but I'm also keen to hear about pain relief medications or even just products that help life be a little easier. I heard weighted blankets can help with relief? Anything simple like that would be great.
