hello all I am 42 years old and since I turned 41 this has started, anytime I engage my lips to smile or if I engage my face like this video, my face quivers, but sometimes I feel it quivering even when not engaged, I usually feel it most around ovulation time.

Anyone else. Last year I had 2 mris and I have had tests done but for my vestibular migraines, all clear, except I do have a vestibular peripheral disfunction on one side of my ear.

this freaks me out, doctors just say it is nerves, I am an anxious person, and take lexapro for this.

Another sensation I get, is like my face is cold and wet, like when someone sweats and ac hits your face, but my face is not wet.
