My concept on what a part 3 city would look like

I after making a miniature of sniper Joe, I was listening to it while assembling my 40k proxies army and thought "what would the chaos of the 3rd album look like?" For the normal guy I mean. That had me starting planning builds from old bits of kits that just didn't work. I thought the concept of a city grabbed so tight it's turned into A smog ridden hellhole where breathing itself has become owned by the man in the tower.

Its gonna take a while because I want to make a couple of these guys but here is what I got currently.

I'm exited to start work on these (be if my ADHD is merciful)

Edit: I realized I never thought of this but this is my take on the human choir
